A fuel bonus is almost always tied to one chain. OKQ8 VISA pays 0.25 SEK per litre when you fuel at OKQ8 and has no annual fee. Circle K Mastercard pays a bonus when you fuel or shop at Circle K, also with no annual fee.
If you fuel at different chains, a station bonus is weak. Annual fee and ordinary cashback then matter more.
