Abroad, FX markup, ATM fees and travel insurance matter most.

FX markup differs. Avida Black and FOREX Kreditkort charge 0%. Bank Norwegian charges 1.99%. FOREX costs 225 SEK a year. The other two have no annual fee.
ATM withdrawals often have their own fee even when the markup is zero. Use the calculator below if you need cash.
